On with the triple bill at Lee Valley Odeon and next up was another one of those Turkish comedies which surround a land controversy.
As much as Indian cinema seems to be pre-occupied with the subject of police corruption, Turkish film-makers turn quite often to the injustice of powerful businessmen seizing property.
So, hot on the heels on Bana Masal Anlatma which covered this ground a few weeks ago, comes this latest tale of small man vs big guy.
In this case, the owner (Erdem Yener) of a Turkish bath, stands alone against the ruthless developer (Muharrem Gulmez) because he has already done deals with other local business owners.
As the movie progresses, there are a catalogue of comedic twists and turns with our hero at the centre of some farcical situations.
Of course, we all know that good will win out in the end but there are a few surprises and chuckles before than point is reached.
And, of course, this wouldn't be a Turkish comedy without the hero chasing after an implausibly beautiful girl (Emin Olcay).
Gulmez is the director of Carsi Pazar and breathes charm into a movie which is set in an attractive Turkish village, prompting me to suggest to Mrs W that it is about time we visited the country for the first time.
Yener is a suitably engaging lead - I doubt I will forget his character's allergic reaction to peaches.

Reasons to watch: An engaging performance from Erdem Yener
Reasons to avoid: Another Turkish comedy on the the theme of land-grabbing

Laughs: A few chuckles (more from the Turkish speakers)
Jumps: none
Vomit: none
Nudity; none
Overall rating: 6/10
